Unlimited off-peak travel for either any 3 days in a consecutive 7 day period or any 8 days in a consecutive 15 day period.

The area includes the whole of Devon and Cornwall and extends from Great Malvern and Worcester in the north to Weymouth and Portsmouth in the south and from Cardiff in the west to Swindon in the east and encompasses Bristol, Salisbury and Southampton.

Passenger note

When a passenger needs to self validate a Rover ticket, the date of travel should be completed in black ink using numerical values only for 'Day' and 'Month' eg 07 09 for travel on 7th September.

The Rover will need to be validated before the first journey on that day commences.

Booking conditions

Dates of travel on Rover tickets need to be marked with an 'x' in the appropriate box on the ticket before travelling on that day.

Available after 09:00 (Mondays-Fridays) or when Off-Peak Day Return is valid (whichever is earlier). Additionally valid on the 08:26 Westbury to Penzance service.

Available all day Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Not available on bus or ferry links or any other rail routes not shown on the map.

Seat reservations on mainline trains are recommended at busy times, such as holidays and Friday evenings.

Bike reservations on mainlines are recommended at all times - most trains only have the space to take 2 bikes.
