Description

Engineering work is taking place between Brockenhurst and Bournemouth, closing some lines.

CrossCountry:

As a result rail replacement buses will operate between Southampton Airport Parkway and Bournemouth.

Great Western Railway:

Sunday:

Services will be diverted between Romsey and Fareham and will not call at Southampton Central. Services will call additionally at Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh.

Rail replacement buses will operate between Eastleigh and Southampton Central.

Additionally the 13:34 Bristol Temple Mead to Fratton and the 17:40 (departing 17:36) Cardiff Central to Portsmouth Harbour services will terminate at Westbury.

South Western Railway:

Saturday:

  • Some services between London Waterloo and Weymouth will start / terminate at Brockenhurst.
  • Some services between Poole and Weymouth will not run.

 

Rail replacement buses will run between:

  • Brockenhurst and Poole
  • Southampton Airport Parkway and Poole
  • Southampton Central and Poole

 

Sunday:

  • Some services between London Waterloo and Weymouth will start / terminate at Southampton Central.
  • Services between London Waterloo and Poole will run between London Waterloo and Southampton Central.
  • Services between Salisbury and Romsey will not call at stations between Southampton and Chandlers ford.

 

Rail replacement buses will run between:

  • Southampton Central and Poole
  • Southampton Central and Romsey 
  • Southampton Central and New Milton
