Description

Engineering work is taking place between London Paddington and Ealing Broadway, closing 2 out 4 lines after 10:00 on Sunday 23 October. 

The following alterations will apply:

London Paddington to Swansea / Carmarthen:

Most of these trains will depart 7 minutes earlier than normal.

London Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads (and beyond):

The 22:58 London Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads will depart at 23:08.

London Paddington to West of England:

The following trains will depart earlier at xx:34 minutes past the hour:

  • The 10:36 and 12:36 London Paddington to Paignton.
  • The 14:36 London Paddington to Exeter St Davids.
  • The 16:37 and 18:36 London Paddington to Plymouth.

 

London Paddington to Oxford:

The 17:20 and 18:20 London Paddington to Oxford will depart earlier at 17:08 and 18:08. Most other fast trains between London Paddington and Oxford will not run.

Additional trains will operate between Didcot Parkway, Radley and Oxford.

London Paddington to Worcester stations / Great Malvern / Hereford:(terminating Ledbury) (via Oxford):

Most of these trains will depart 8 minutes EARLIER than normal.

The 21:45 London Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill will call additionally at Radley.

Local trains London Paddington to Didcot Parkway:

From the 10:29 London Paddington to Didcot Parkway until the 19:27 London Paddington to Didcot Parkway inclusive, local trains will depart xx.32 minutes past each hour and will not call at Ealing Broadway and Hayes & Harlington. Ealing Broadway and Hayes & Harlington customers to use alternative services.

The 20:27 London Paddington to Didcot Parkway will depart 20:34 and will not call at Ealing Broadway. Ealing Broadway customers to use alternative services.

The 21:27 London Paddington to Didcot Parkway will depart 21:32 and will not call at Ealing Broadway. Ealing Broadway customers to use alternative services.

Most trains from Didcot Parkway to London Paddington will depart Slough and beyond a few minutes earlier than normal.

Other alterations:

The 10:16 London Paddington to Bristol Parkway will depart earlier at 10:08 and will terminate at Swindon.

The following trains will not run:

  • The 14:13 London Paddington to Cardiff Central.
  • The 19:13 London Paddington to Swindon,
  • The 12:24 Bristol Parkway to London Paddington.
  • The16:50 Cardiff Central to London Paddington.
