Description

Engineering work is taking place between Chesterfield and Alfreton, closing all lines.

Northern:

Buses replace trains between Sheffield and Nottingham.

East Midlands Railway:

Services will be diverted between Chesterfield and Nottingham, and will not call at Alfreton, Langley Mill and Ilkeston. Rail replacement buses will be provided calling at these intermediate stations, and will connect to service to / from Chesterfield not Nottingham.

As a result of the diversion, all Nottingham - Matlock services will depart up to 15 minutes later from Nottingham. All services Matlock - Nottingham services will depart at usual times from Matlock.
