Competition Terms & Conditions


1. Eligibility:

Entry is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and aged 18+. 

2. Lucky draw dates:

Start date will be on the 02/07/2021 and entries will be accepted until 23:59BST on 11/07/2021.

3. Entry requirements:

Customers will enter the social media competition set by Railcard: 

For your chance to win, comment which one of these stunning hotels you’d love to stay at and tag your weekend buddy.

4. For the avoidance of doubt only one entry will be accepted per social media account 

5. Winner Selection and notification:

The winner will be selected at random and will be contacted by Railcard.

6. The Prize:

Prize includes:  2 nights including Breakfast, for 2 people (valid for 1 year, subject to availability) at one of the featured Kimpton® Hotels:

  • Kimpton® London Fitzroy
  • Kimpton® Clocktower Manchester
  • Kimpton® Blythswood Glasgow
  • Kimpton® Charlotte Square Edinburgh

7. General:

Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification 

8. Entries that are incomplete or illegible, will not be valid and deemed void 

9. All entries must be made by the person entering the competition 

10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries or claims lost or delayed via email/phone 

11. Railcard is responsible for sharing prize to the winner within 45 days after the winners’ announcement.

12. In the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, Rail Delivery Group – Railcard reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the competition at any time but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment 

13. Failure to respond or failure to meet the eligibility requirements within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the prize. 

14. Data Protection:

Use of personal data received in the course of the promotion will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.  

By submitting an entry, you consent to National Rail processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.
